How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to your cart, and check out securely with the payment method of your choice.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly! If you need to change or cancel, reach out to us ASAP via our Contact Us page. If your order has already shipped, we’ll guide you through the return process instead.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and our fulfillment partner (Teemdrop). On average, orders arrive within 7–15 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and times vary depending on your country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What if my package is delayed or lost?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products, as long as they’re unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Are there items I can’t return?
Yes — due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on intimate products, supplements, or personal care items. Gift cards and sale/clearance items are also non-returnable.
How do I start a return?
Reach out via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
