1. Returns

We accept returns for most products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Certain items (such as intimate products, supplements, or personal care items) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please reach out via our Contact Us page.

4. Fulfillment & Shipping Responsibility

Since Teemdrop is our fulfillment partner, shipping times and return logistics may vary depending on their policies and warehouse locations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.

In the event of lost or damaged packages, we will work with Teemdrop to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. How to Start a Return

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after approval:

  • Contact your payment provider.
